Welcome to the first Windermere construction update for 2020!
It’s the beginning of a new year, a new decade, and a new community!
2020 will be an exciting year for all at Windermere. Watch the soil turn and the roads form as the masterplan comes together all around us, detailed below in the first official construction update of the year!
The team has been working hard to deliver the land to our first families of Windermere, and we want to advise purchasers in Stage 1 that valuations will start soon!

Greens Road Construction Update:
- Section 1 is complete.
- Section 2 is due for completion in the next 1-2 months.

Stages 1 and 2
We are excited to announce that Stage 1 has achieved civil practical completion from Wyndham City Council and is effectively complete!
We are currently in the process of obtaining approval from several authorities for Statement of Compliance purposes.

Stage 2 is forecast to receive practical completion from Wyndham City Council in the next two weeks and will closely follow Stage 1, with title registration predicted to be in mid-March.

Stages 3 and 4
- Sewer is complete.
- Drainage is complete.
- The contractor is undertaking road boxing and subgrade improvement.
- Asphalting will occur in several weeks.

STAGES 5 – 8
- The contractor on site is currently progressing very well.
- Earthworks/road boxing is complete!
- The sewer is complete in Stage 5
- The sewer is 50% complete in Stages 6 & 7.
- The sewer is now scheduled to commence in Stage 8.
- Subgrade preparation commencing in Stage 5 & 8.
