Windermere’s COVID 19 update
Communications update regarding new COVID19 (Coronavirus) safety precautions.
As you are aware, C0VID-19 (Coronavirus) has rapidly changed the current landscape.
The health and safety of all our customers and staff is our highest priority. Therefore, we have put in place a few precautionary measures to ensure we operate in the safest way possible, while still assisting you with your needs.
OUR SALES OFFICES WILL REMAIN OPEN:
To visit our sales office, you will just need to book an appointment ahead of time.
Please contact our estate manager to book in a time to visit the sales office. We will still be in the office during our normal hours of operation, attending to one group at a time.
PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE APPOINTMENT PLEASE NOTIFY OUR SALES TEAM IF:
- You have returned from international travel within the past 14 days
- You have come in contact with someone who has returned from international travel within the past 14 days or has been known to test positive for Covid-19
- You have felt unwell at any time in the last 14 days
Symptoms for the Novel Coronavirus have included:
- Fever,
- Cough,
- Difficulty breathing.
We are following all public health guidance and as a precautionary measure, we will be respectfully avoiding shaking hands within this sales office.
Hand sanitizer will be available for you when you visit.
If you would prefer not to visit us in person, we will happily accommodate your needs with meetings via:
- Phone call
- SMS
- Facetime
- WhatsApp Voice or Video call
