Located in the western growth corridor of Metropolitan Melbourne, Windermere in Mambourin is now home to over 1800 residents with more than 600 homes occupied.

Asphalting, topsoil, signage and line marking are well underway in Stages 20 and 21, with construction on track for completion in April and May before moving into the final authority testing, compliance and commissioning phases.
The land settlement program for Stages 17 – 18 is April, Stage 19 is June followed by July for Stage 20 and August is earmarked for Stage 21.
When completed, our visionary masterplanned community will comprise over 5,000 land parcels, a local convenience and community centre, four schools, an indoor recreation centre, several parks and open spaces.
