Hello and welcome to Windermere’s construction update for May, from your team here in Mambourin.
Another month of isolation down, we hope that you and your family are staying well through the pandemic. I’m sure that everyone is aching for this to be over! If you or someone you know has found a way to be particularly creative during this time, please let us know. We always love stories of inspiration and would very much like to connect with our community!
Furthermore, we’d like to say a HUGE thank you to all the purchasers for their efficient organisation of all the required documentation. Our team is back in the sales suite on Greens Road every day from 11 am to 5 pm now, please feel free to make an appointment to see them via our chat forum here!
On that note, if you missed the settlement hype on our social channels, we would like to take this opportunity to say that we are delighted to announce that stages one and two are now titled!!
Our construction teams are still working hard to deliver within the timeframes expected. Please keep reading below for this months update from those on the grounds every day, as we present the latest updates to you.

Stage 1 has titled.
Stage 2 has titled.
Stage 3
- The current expectation is that stage three will title in July this year.
- Sewer is now 100% complete.
- Drainage is also 100% complete.
- All electrical works are complete.
- Stage three’s water main/gas is complete.
- Stage three’s road works are well progressed.
- The concrete paving has now commenced.
Stage 4
- The current expectation is that stage four will title with stage three, in July this year.
- Sewer is now 100% complete.
- Drainage is also 100% complete.
- Electrical works are currently in progress.
- Stage four’s water main/gas is complete.
- Stage four’s road works are progressing well.
Stage 5
- The current expectation is that stage five will title in August this year.
- Stage five’s sewer is now complete.
- Drainage is also complete.
- Electrical works are progressing well.
- Stage five’s water main/gas is complete.
- Stage five’s road works are in progress.
Stage 6
- The current expectation is that stage six will title in August this year.
- Stage six’s sewer is 100% complete.
- Drainage is also 100% complete.
- Stage six’s road works are in progress.
Stage 7
- The current expectation is that stage seven will title later this year, in September.
- Stage seven’s sewer is complete.
- Drainage is also 100% complete.
- Stage seven’s road works are in progress.
Stage 8
- The current expectation is that stage eight will also title in September.
- Stage eight’s sewer is 100% complete.
- Stage eight’s road works and drainage are now in progress.
