Welcome to the final Windermere construction update for 2019!

Thank you for following our progress. We are pleased to present to you the below updates from Team Windermere!

GREENS ROAD

The first section of Greens Road is complete! This provides a newly sealed road to the entry of Stage 1.

This month traffic signals were installed at the main entrance, and the new water main has been installed.

Stage 1

Roads are now complete and services installation is nearing completion. Footpaths are being installed and topsoil is being spread across the site.

Stage 2

STAGES 3 & 4

Stage 3 – Our construction team is excavating the new roads and installing the drainage network for this stage. This stage includes the new Display Village which will showcase the very latest in home design.

Stage 4 – Excavation for services and the new roads has commenced.

STAGE 5

Contractors have been appointed and works have begun. The construction team has commenced excavation for the roads.

STAGES 6 & 7

Earthworks have commenced.

STAGE 8

Construction began this month.

Forecast construction commencement dates for stages released but not under construction;

STAGES 9 & 10

Plans have been lodged with Wyndham City Council – Awaiting planning approval

STAGES 15 & 16

A Planning Permit has been issued by Council and detailed engineering plans have been prepared for submission to Wyndham Council. Construction is scheduled to commence in mid-2020.
