It’s been a minute since the Windermere community has had a moment to meander around the once flat greenfields in Mambourin.

While this is due to no fault of our own, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The seemingly never-ending months inside are coming to an end as we begin to see restrictions ease tonight.

We’re looking forward to seeing our backyard at the Windermere Sales Suite here on-site in Mambourin come to life with the sounds of playing puppies and friendly banter.

We visited Windermere and the estate is bustling with activity. We thought we’d share with you the below video of the Risland Director standing in front of Stage One of the brand new creek bed being planted. The Windermere creek spans two kilometers through the center of the park. This central park district adds elements of mindfulness and nourishment for your soul as you stroll through the luscious green wetlands that navigate through the master-planned development.

Following the park, you will notice the start of the fitness journey mapped by the gorgeous wetland views.
