Located at 275 Greens Road, Mambourin, the Windermere Sales Gallery opened to the public on Saturday 9 June, with over 400 people turning out to tour the 500sqm state-of-the-art facility, which showcases the amazing public amenity on offer at Windermere through touch-screen technology, a theatre room, a scale model, oversized plans and gallery-style imagery.
This was followed with a buyer event on Saturday 23 June, where interested parties had the opportunity to purchase lots ranging in size from 350sqm to 723sqm.
With competitive prices starting at $254,500, the public interest in Windermere has been significant with over 2,000 people registering their interest in Windermere since April.
