The Windermere team are available to take your appointments by phone, email, or via the chatbox on this site.
We can still do video calls with you, and email according to your preference.

Visiting the Sales Suite:
We know that health and safety is front of mind for lots of our clients at the moment, and we want to let you know that we’re closely observing the updates from the Department of Health to ensure the most effective protection for both you and our team members in our gallery during the COVID-19 situation. To help you meet safely with us either in-store on online, we’ve implemented the below measures.
1. Plan your visit:
Bring a list! We’d love to make the most of our time together and provide the most value in one appointment so that you don’t have to make the trip more than once. We’re happy to discuss in length over the phone initially, this is a big step! After our initial contact, please jot down any questions you think of onto a pad or into an email. This way, we can answer all of your questions in our meeting and limit any unnecessary travel.
2. Consider coming alone:
Inspections will be conducted one at a time. This means that only one appointment will be held at a time. Dependants that are under the age of 18 years old, and a partner may also attend.
3. Time Limits:
Private inspections will be limited to 15 minutes at this time to limit personal interactions and limit exposure.
5. Fine-Free Travel:
We are pleased to announce that the five-kilometre rule does not apply when you are travelling to inspect residential properties to purchase or rent. So come get a feel of your new home!
6. Preventional Measures:
Kindly note that a fitted face mask is required for any and all visits on site. This means that actual face masks that are of a snug fit around the nose and mouth are required. This is in line with the current recommendations and necessary to minimise everyone’s risk. Kindly be advised that scarves, bandana’s and face shields are no longer an acceptable form of face covering.
7. Sanitisation Standards:
All care is taken for your safety, and the whole team has adopted a new standard of sanitisation mindset. Surfaces are disinfected before and after each visit, masks are worn by the team too and safe distances are maintained.
8. Feeling Ill?
Please consider the safety of the entire community when you are coming in for an appointment and don’t leave your home if you have any known symptoms, or have been in touch with anyone that is a confirmed case of COVID-19. We ask that you kindly reschedule, even if you are wearing a mask.
9. Open Hours:
We are available to meet you between the hours of 11 am and 5 pm (6 pm daylight savings time). We look forward to hearing from you!
