“I was the first person to buy in Stage One! I was waiting at the door on the first day of sales.
I currently live in Truganina and wanted my first home to be nearby.

I asked a friend what they knew about Country Garden Australia who told me about their Ryde Garden apartment project in Sydney and how impressive it is. That made my decision to buy at Windermere very easy.
Windermere is located in a key area, with close proximity to the freeway and transport, including the train station. The Wi-Fi and extensive wide-open spaces also appealed to me.
I was specifically looking for a north-facing lot that was big in size. I instantly found what I was looking for and just went ahead with it. Plus, when it settles, I will definitely be pursuing the First Home Buyer incentive.
Compared to other projects, Windermere’s planning is awesome! There is more consideration for open-space, the pricing is very competitive and the distance to the CBD makes it really convenient. “It will be very beautiful when it’s completed.”
