Windermere is located in a key area, with close proximity to the freeway and transport, including the train station. The Wi-Fi and extensive wide-open spaces also appealed to me.
I was specifically looking for a north-facing lot that was big in size. I instantly found what I was looking for and just went ahead with it. Plus, when it settles, I will definitely be pursuing the First Home Buyer incentive.
Compared to other projects, Windermere’s planning is awesome! There is more consideration for open-space, the pricing is very competitive and the distance to the CBD makes it really convenient. “It will be very beautiful when it’s completed.”
