“We’ve been living in the Point Cook area for the past two years and really wanted to stay local. We looked around for about 12 months at other estates but loved the feel of Windermere, the plans for the site and how it will suit our lifestyle. We have two young kids, so having everything a short walk from our new house is a big requirement for us.
With the lot we chose, everything will be a 5 or 10-minute walk away, including four schools, an early learning centre and shopping centre. This will be so convenient… I can’t wait!
Plus, our three-year-old boy is really active, so having all the walking tracks, bike tracks and sporting facilities so close by will be great. Also, my husband grew up on a farm in rural Victoria, so he’s really excited about all the green open spaces!
Our kids will be able to walk to school, and the early learning centre will be right at the end of our street. Having our kids’ entire schooling on our doorstep from early learning right up to the end of high school is just fantastic.”
